Recht Kornfeld Promotes Kelly Page to Shareholder
August 22, 2022
Recht Kornfeld PC has elevated attorney Kelly Page to shareholder. Her promotion comes on the heels of the firm’s most recent victory against the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division (DOJ) in a major chicken price-fixing case that drew headlines across the nation. Page was instrumental in securing a full acquittal for Recht Kornfeld’s client in the federal antitrust case after two previous mistrials and a total of almost eight months in trial.
In line with Recht Kornfeld’s reputation as a leading, Denver-based trial and litigation boutique, Page has been called on to represent thousands of clients in serious felony cases as both an associate and former trial attorney in the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. Page has earned acquittals or dismissals in cases of first-degree murder, sexual assault, Sherman Act violations, child abuse, assault, domestic violence, drug distribution, DUI and many other charges. Her practice emphasizes complex cases with a focus on antitrust, white-collar defense and other high-stakes criminal matters.
“We are thrilled Kelly will continue her career with the firm as a shareholder,” said Shareholder Rick Kornfeld. “Her relentless commitment to our clients is evident in every case she touches. Kelly shares our tenacious spirit and singular focus on protecting our clients’ rights first and foremost.”
Page will continue to fight for her clients’ rights and freedoms while taking a leading role as Recht Kornfeld’s team of trial-hardened advocates continues to grow. The firm boasts a roster of six public defenders and a former federal prosecutor in addition to several other highly experienced attorneys.
An experienced mentor, Page previously served on the board of the Denver Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. She has also been recognized by Best Lawyers® “Ones to Watch” for the past three years. Page was selected to the Colorado Rising Stars list which recognizes the attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law, and she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
